A: X-STOP is a content filter that will block
almost 100% of all obscene or pornographic Internet content
while you surf.
Q: Do I have to
administer X-STOP at all?
A: No, once X-STOP is active on your account, no
matter when or who dials up using your username and password;
they will be filtered.
Q: Can I or someone
else override the X-STOP filter??
A: No. Because X-STOP is not a program
that is installed on your computer, it cannot be overridden.
The only way to remove X-STOP from your account is by calling
us.
Q: What happens when a
site is blocked?
A: When someone tries to access a blocked site,
they will get a screen that looks like

What if a site is blocked that is not obscene?
A: If you run into a site that should not be
blocked, you can email the address to address given on the
blocked page. We will determine the nature of the site and
unblock it as long as it does not contain any adult or obscene
content. (all
