Q: What is spam?
A: Spam is often referred to as "unwanted or
unsolicited e-mail". Spam can consist of anything from valid
commercial email to very graphic adult oriented e-mail.
Q: What is SPAM-X ?
A: SPAM-X is an email filter that will block almost ALL
of the spam messages that normally flood your account. The
messages are blocked BEFORE they reach your Inbox - so you never
have to bother with deleting or receiving them on your computer!
Q: What does SPAM-X cost?
A: SPAM-X costs $1.50 per month. This covers up to
5 different email accounts (if you have more than 1 on your
service).
Q: Will SPAM-X block
all of my junk email?
A: Although we wish this were the case, SPAM-X will block many of the junk emails.
Q: What if SPAM-X
blocks a message that I want to come through?
A: You can unblock a message by adding it to a
"whitelist" of allowed messages. This can be done by
following the instructions here.
